Mirtha Riveron, age 89 of Inverness, FL and formerly of Miami, FL, passed away at Vitas Hospice Healthcare in Lecanto, FL on August 27, 2019. Mirtha was born in Havana, Cuba on March 12, 1930 to the late Augustine Fernandez and Mercedes (Gil).
She was Catholic by faith and relocated from Miami 3 years ago to make Citrus County her home.
Mirtha is survived by her grandchildren: Richard, Dania and Chuck; great grandchildren: Austin and Dean; dear friend, Judy Fitzpatrick; and sister in law, Alina Unzueta. She was preceded in death by her husband Mario Riveron and her son, Mario Luis Riveron.
