Roy Edward Waters, Jr., 64, Crystal River, FL passed away suddenly at home on July 1, 2019. “Rusty” was born in Cincinnati, OH to Roy Edward Waters, Sr and Linda Lou (Glasburnner) Waters and came to this area 5 years ago from Midlothian, VA. He was a talented musician and song writer as well as a very gifted and meticulous carpenter and woodworker. He could create most anything from wood.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Devan D. Waters and her two children, Jackson and Kaleb Dodge of Vershire, VT; and Ashley Carter and her daughter, Makennah of Erlanger, KY; his mother, Linda Waters of Crystal River, FL; 2 brothers, Michael Waters of Williamsburg, OH and Daniel Waters of Batavia, OH; his sister, Tammy Lynn Waters-Hynes of Bay City, MI. He was preceded in death by his father.
There will be a Celebration of Life scheduled by his family at a later date. Cremation with care was provided by Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home With Crematory.
