Debra Joan Parker, 63, of Brooksville, FL passed away March 3, 2019 at her residence in Brooksville. She was born in Norton, MA on February 16, 1956, and arrived in this area in the 1980’s, coming from Norton.
Debra was a homemaker, and volunteered for the VFW Post #7122 in Floral City, FL serving in several functions. She loved her veterans.
She is survived by her loving husband of 16 years Edward Parker, her daughter Heather Novack of Michigan, her parents Joan and David DeCosta, her sister Dawn DeCosta and her niece Haley Gallow. A Celebration of Life for Debra will be held on Saturday, March 16, 1:00 P.M., at the VFW Post #7122 in Floral City.
