June L. Watson, age 100, of Lecanto, FL passed away at Rosecastle of Citrus Assisted Living Facility on February 14, 2019. June was born on June 22, 1918 in Ryder, N.D. to the late Olaf and Lena (Albertson) Alfstad. She was married to James C. Watson until his passing in 2010. June made the move to Citrus County, FL in 2012 after relocating from Spokane, WA. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening, boating and fishing.
Those left to cherish June’s memory are her son, Timothy Watson and his wife Sabrina of Lecanto, FL; daughter, Constance Cole of Texas; five grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, June was preceded in death by her brothers and sister. Cremation care is under the direction of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
