Michael Andrew Higgins was born January 27, 1990 in Inverness, FL and was a life long resident of Homosassa. He passed away September 24, 2018. Michael loved spending time with his family and will be greatly missed.
Michael is preceded in death by his grandparents Johnny H. and Carol R. Palmer and his uncle John R. Palmer. Michael is survived by his mother Suzanne Arnold and step father Mark Arnold, his brothers Matthew Higgins, Kyle Higgins (Ting) and Collin Higgins, his aunt Sherri Norup (Todd). Aunt Debra Higgins, uncle Tim Arnold, grandmother Isabel Whitehead, and numerous cousins.
