Cecilia Ann Phelps-Kelty, 67, of Lake Panasoffkee, FL passed away August 7, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Deposit, NY on October14, 1950 to the late Raymond C. and Emma M. (Caskey) Phelps.
Cecilia was a factory worker, and arrived in this area in 1988, coming from Hancock, NY. Cecilia enjoyed gardening, raising butterfly’s, and loved animals.
She is survived by loving her daughter Kimberlee Phelps and her companion Nicholas J. Anderson of Lecanto, FL; and 3 grandchildren, Damon Phelps, Khirsta Anderson, and Nicholas L. Anderson. Private cremation arrangements by Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
