Alfred Buria, III, age 68, of Inverness, FL passed away at his residence under the loving care of his family and Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast on July 27, 2018. Alfred was born in Tampa, FL on July 14, 1950 to the late Adelaide (Nunez) and Alfred Buria, Jr.
He was married to Reina (Colina) on January 10, 1970 and shared 48 years of loving marriage. Alfred and Reina made Citrus County their home in 1984 after relocating from Tampa, FL. He was a Christian by faith and a supporter of Alcoholics Anonymous. In his spare time, Alfred enjoyed reading, being outdoors and taking time to go fishing and hunting. Meditation and prayer were also very important to him.
In addition to his loving wife Reina, those left to mourn Alfred’s passing include his sons: Alfred Buria, IV of Inverness, FL, Jason Buria and his wife Kenyla of Homestead, FL, David Buria and his wife Roxanne of Wesley Chapel, FL; sister, Estrella Perez and her husband Ulysses of Valrico, FL; and grandchildren: Adrianna, Gabriella, Isabella and Tristen. In addition to his parent’s, Alfred was preceded in death by daughter, Melissa Buria.
Cremation care is under the direction of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
