James Henry Mampe, age 55, of Inverness, FL, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2018, at Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast, Lecanto. James was born on February 28, 1963 in Chicago, IL to the late Carole Lynn (Labnowski) and James Henry Mampe, Sr.
He worked as a Truck Driver for over 30 years and made Citrus County his home in 2017 after relocating from Chicago. When he wasn’t on the road, James loved spending time at home with his family.
Those left to mourn James’ passing include his daughter, Taylor Mampe; sister, Kelly Mampe; brother, Joe Mampe; and 2 grandchildren.
Cremation care is under the direction of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
