Eric Gregory Mehlenbacher, 21, Inverness passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018 as a result of an automobile accident. Eric was born in Inverness, Florida on March 9, 1997 to Ricky Nelson and Angela (Lee) Mehlenbacher and resided here most of his life. He was a welder and currently was employed as a correctional officer for Sumter Correctional Institute. He was a avid hunter, fisherman, but especially liked “mud bogging” with his pick up. Eric was gregarious, the life of the party, and never met a stranger.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Angela Mehlenbacher Killock and her husband, Arthur of Inverness; 1 sister, Macey (Dakota) King, Inverness; half sister, Keisha Ramos, Inverness; stepsisters, Melody Killock, Mandy Adams, Rachel Groves, and Samantha Tucker; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and grand parents from both sides of the family. He was preceded in death by his father, Ricky Nelson Mehlenbacher Feb 4, 2013.
