Amy L. Pierro, 79 of Inverness, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Citrus Memorial Hospital. Born in Brooklyn, New York on June 24, 1938, to the late John and Amy Lutus, she came here in 1976 from Bronx, New York. Amy was a bank secretary and a member of Our Lady of Fatima Parrish.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Joy Sanders of Inverness, Step daughters: Angelina (Frank) Esposito, Frances (Alan) Seltzer, Loretta (Anthony) Portaro, Theresa (Anthony) DelGuidice. She also leaves 6 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband “Ben” Pierro on March 11, 2005 and her stepson Joseph.
Funeral services for Amy, will be conducted on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at 11:00 AM from the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home in Inverness, with Fr. Tim Cummings, officiating. Burial will follow at the Fountains Memorial Park Cemetery in Homosassa.
