Lillian I. Eno, age 80, of Inverness, FL passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Citrus Memorial Hospital, Inverness. Lillian was born on April 27, 1937 in Lansing, MI. She was one of six children (Richard, Will, Joyce, Karen and Hilda) born to Willis and Hilda L. (Fairchild) Gillette.
She was married to John Doyle Eno until his passing on May 30, 1994. A Baptist by faith, she and John made Citrus County, FL their home in 1968 after relocating from Lansing, MI. They owned and operated several businesses in Citrus County over the years including Eno’s Locksmith and Eno’s Mexican Imports. Lillian owned and operated Marketing Intelligence Service for a number of years and also worked as an independent researcher for various research and marketing companies. She will be remembered as a kind and generous woman with good advice to offer those in need of direction. Lillian was always there to offer a helping hand to anyone in need.
Those left to mourn her passing are her sons: Jon, Lawrence, Daniel, Joseph and James Eno; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Private cremation arrangements are under the direction of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
