Clement G. Bulman, age 83, of Beverly Hills, FL passed away Thursday, July 6, 2017 at Citrus Memorial Hospital, Inverness, FL. Clement was born on April 17, 1934 in Waukon, IA to the late Gene A. and Laura M. (Johnson) Bulman. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army.

Clement married Virginia Harvey on February 20, 1956 and with whom he shared 61 loving years of marriage. He and Virginia made Florida their home in 1989 after relocating from Missouri and made Citrus County their home 5 years ago after moving from Groveland, FL. A Christian by faith, he was a parishioner of the Rock Crusher Church of God in Crystal River, FL and also a member of the American Legion. In his spare time, Clement enjoyed fishing and hunting.

In addition to his loving wife Virginia, those left to cherish Clement’s memory are his sons: Lloyd G. Bulman (Cathy), Buckner, MO, Jason C. Bulman (Carmen), Clermont, FL, Richard E. Bulman (Sara), Kansas City, MO; daughters: Laura A. Shirley of Lecanto, FL, Cynthia L. Weeks (Ron), Groveland, FL; brothers: Thomas A. Bulman of Utah, James C. Bulman (Linda), Eureka Springs, AR; sisters: Doris M. Steward (Robert), Eldorado Springs, MO, Ann L. Spence, Kansas City, MO; Several grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren. Clement was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Richard W. and Ralph E. Bulman.

Clement’s family plan to have a Celebration of Life Memorial Service at Rock Crusher Road Church of God, Crystal River, FL at a later date that will be conducted by Pastor Michael Chambliss. Following that service his urn will be laid to rest at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
