John E Pusey

John E. Pusey, Sr., 73, of Inverness, FL passed away October 31, 2016 at his residence in Inverness. He was born in Rochester, NY on January 15, 1943.

John had worked for the Eastman Kodak Company and helped his father building houses. He was the previous owner of Wynn Haven Campground in Bushnell, FL, and owned his own semi-truck which he and his wife would travel in; stopping to enjoy 48 states.

John was a Catholic by faith, and arrived in this area in 1983, coming from Hilton, NY. and was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge # 2112, Inverness.

He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Dianne Pusey. Other survivors include his children Edward Pusey of Springhill, FL, John Pusey and his wife Christy of Arrowhead, FL, Darcy Callahan and his wife Connie of Inverness, Colleen Dunn and her husband Todd of Inverness, and Denise Perez and her husband Rey also of Inverness; his father, Edward R. Murdock, brother William Pusey, sisters Sue Wideman and her husband Bill, and Barbara Gagne and her husband John; 9 grandchildren, Cassie, Johnathon, Natasha, Cheyanne, Cody, Dalyce, Dominic, Arianna, and J.T.; and 9 great-grandchildren, Carmyn, Trysta, Cassydie, Trynidie, Nero, Echo, Madison, Autumn, and Leo. He was preceded in death by his mother, Eleanor M. Terhaar.

Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, is assisting the family with private cremation arrangements.
