Michael Anthony Cochran, 59, of Inverness, FL, died January 22, 2016 at Citrus Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Michael was born on September 25, 1956 in Fort Bragg, NC to Walton “Mickey” and Janice (Cadle) Cochran.

He moved to Citrus County eighteen years ago from Palm Beach County, FL. Throughout most of his life Michael was employed as a technician for the HVAC industry. However, his true passion was art. Michael was an extremely talented artist and excelled at painting, drawing and making stained glass. He was very technically skilled and enjoyed working on computers. Michael also loved motorcycles. He loved animals, especially his two shih tzu’s, Lewlew and Snoopy.

Left to mourn Michael’s passing and cherish his precious memory are his son: Michael (Teresa) Cochran, Jr. of Tillamook, OR; his mother: Janice Cochran of Inverness, FL; two brothers: Rodney Cochran of Inverness, FL and Tommy (Linda) Cochran of Hawthorne, FL; and three grandchildren: Hunter, Brody and Macie. He is preceded in death by his father, Walton “Mickey” Cochran.

The Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory is assisting the family with private arrangements.
