Carol Carlson, 83, of Beverly Hills, FL passed away January 15, 2016 under the care of Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast. She was born on January 29, 1932 in Hartford CT to the late William Z. and Joyce M. (Hicks) Miller.
Carol was a homemaker, and a Jehovah’s Witness by faith. She arrived in this area in 1994, coming from Middletown, CT. She loved animals, especially dogs, and she was a beautiful seamstress. Carol also enjoyed cooking. She was like Tabitha in the Bible, “Abounded in good deeds and the gifts that was rendering”. All who knew her, loved her.
Carol was preceded in death by one son William Carlson. She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Russell A. Carlson. Other survivors include her children, Thomas Carlson, Roberta (Mark) Salonia of Oxford, AL; William’s widow, Nancy Carlson; grandchildren Lindsey, Brittany, Christy, Alex, and Joey; and 4 great-grandchildren.
