Shayne Cory Wilson, 39, Inverness passed away suddenly on Dec 12, 2015 in Citrus Memorial Hospital. Shayne was born in Dade City, FL on May 5, 1976 to Floyd M. “Rex” and Debra Anne (Breault) Wilson and moved back to Florida 3 years ago from Brunswick, GA.
He was a Recreational Vehicle Repair Technician and of the Protestant Faith. Shayne had a passion for animals and was a very caring and generous person. He enjoyed making others laugh and usually was “the life of the party”. Additionally, he was an excellent chess player, mechanically gifted with his hands, and was a volunteer with the Humane Society and Children in Action Ministry in Brunswick, GA
He is survived by his father, Floyd “Rex” Wilson and wife Debra Nell Wilson of Seminole, FL: his mother, Debra Anne Webb and husband Blair Webb of Brunswick, GA; his brother, Jesse Grossman and companion, Mariah Masse, Los Angeles, CA; his sister, Robin Wilson and companion, Tony Montanez, Brunswick, GA; 2 step brothers, Jeffrey B. Heritage, Seminole, FL; Brandon Heritage and wife, Stacy of Clermont, FL; his significant other, Felecia Abrams, Inverness.
Shayne’s life will be remembered and celebrated on Friday, Dec. 18th, at 3:00 PM from the Chas E Davis Funeral Home of Inverness with Mr Allen Benner and family members officiating. The family will greet friends from 2:00 PM until the hour of service.
