Henley H. Corne, 85, Inverness, passed away Oct. 31, 2015. Mr Corne was born in Murphy, NC on September 25, 1930 to the late Charlie and Sallie Corne and came here in 1976 from Elkhart, IN. He served our country in the U.S. Army and retired from Miles Laboratory as a lime operator.
Left to mourn his loss is his wife of 60 years, Betty (Brooks) Corne, Inverness; his son, Henley Wayne Corne, Inverness; his brother and sister, James P. Corne and Ina Vredingburgh, both of Hernando.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, Nov 6, 2015 at 12:30 PM from the Inverness Church of God with Rev. David Lucas and Rev. Larry Powers officiating. Burial will follow in Florida National Cemetery. Friends may call at the church for visitation form 11:00 AM until the hour of service. Arrangements by Chas E Davis Funeral Home, Inverness
