Billy R. Carter, 59, of Inverness, FL passed away September 7 2015 under the care of HPH Hospice, Lecanto, FL. He was born on May 19, 1956 in Kountze, TX to the late Gordon and Claudia (McNeeley) Carter.
Billy was a power plant electrician, and arrived in this area in 2000, coming from New Port Richey, FL and was a Baptist by faith. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and loved spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his loving wife of 39 years, Pamela Carter. Other survivors include children Toby (Krystal) Carther of Leesburg, FL, and Lindsay Robinson of Inverness; brothers James, Bobby, and Toby, all of TX; and 5 grandchildren.
A gathering of family and friends is scheduled for Saturday, September 12, 1:00 P.M. at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness.
