Cecilia M Barker Jr

CECILIA M. BARKER, age 96, Inverness, died July 31, 2015 under the loving care of her family and the staff of Citrus Hills Health and Rehab. Cecilia was born on January 20, 1919 in Cleveland, OH to the late Otic and Anna (Jakopic) Mestnik. She worked as a factory worker on the assembly line of General Motors for over 30 years. A woman who was dedicated to the care of her family, she was very hard-working and will be missed by all who knew her in her long life. Left to cherish her memory is her son Craig Barker and his companion Elizabeth Bearden, Inv; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Michael, whom she had known since the age of 16 and a son, Michael Barker, Jr. She was the last of 11 siblings. Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory is assisting the family with local arrangements. Further services will be held at the Ferfolia Funeral Home in Maple Heights, OH with burial in Calvary Cemetery in Cleveland, OH.
