Billy R. Ellis, age 56, Inverness, died May 30, 2015 at Seven Rivers Regional Medical Center. Billy was born on August 28, 1958 in Gadsen, AL to the late L.C.and Charity (Newton) Ellis. Billy was employed as a plumber. He was an avid fisherman. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 27 years, Lori Ellis; his son Matthew Ellis, MN; his daughter Ann Ellis, Clearwater, FL; stepsons Adam (Carla) Miller, Jesse Miller; stepdaughter Mellissa (Jason) Peacock, all of Rome, GA; brothers Eugene Ellis, L.C. Ellis, Jr. (Gail), Dunedin, FL and Eddie (Debbie) Ellis, Palm Harbor, FL; 12 grandchildren. Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory is assisting the family with private arrangements.
