Sally Lee Leaf, 66, Inverness passed away May 6, 2015 at Hospice of Citrus and The Nature Coast in Lecanto. Mrs. Leaf was born on Nov 26, 1948 in Hastings, MI to Delbert and Anna (Bruen) Wickham and was raised by Marion Wickham following the death of her natural Mother, Anna. Sally came to Citrus County from Williston. She was employed in the restaurant business. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, and cooking. She was a member of the VFW and American Legion Auxillarys.
Survivors include her husband, David R. Leaf of Inverness; 2 sons, Brian (Tammy) Davis of Sparr, FL and Matthew Leaf of Barberton, OH; 4 daughters, Maddonna (James) Wiggens of Morriston, FL; Carmen (Richard) Thompson, Jacksonville, FL; Elizabeth Leaf, Barberton, OH; Robin (Thomas) Leaf, Inverness; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Edward, Jerry, Marguerite, and Alice.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, May 12th at 1:00 PM from Chas E Davis Funeral Home with Rev. John Daniel Leaf officiating. Burial will follow in Florida National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to services from 11:00 AM
