Lottie Nickel, 95, Beverly Hills died on March 23, 2015 under the care of Hospice of Citrus & The Nature Coast in Lecanto. Mrs. Nickel was born in Detroit, MI on Jan 27, 1920 to the late Martin and Tekla (Walasek) Gajos and moved here in 1978 from Hazel Park, MI. She was a member of Our Lady of Grace Parish in Beverly Hills. She is survived by her husband, Alvin Nickel, Beverly Hills; 2 sons, Robert J. Marhevko and wife Marcia, Hillman, MI; John J. Marhevko and wife Elaine of Hudson, FL; 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, John Marhevko, Jr. in 1995, her son, Mark Marhevko Jan 7, 2015, and several brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, March 30th, 2015 at 11:00 AM from Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Monsignor Avelino Garcia officiating. Entombment will follow in the Mausoleum of Fero Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the hour of service.
