Larry Moore Duncan, Jr., 94, Inverness passed away Jan 9, 2015 at Estelle House Hospice in Ocala. Mr Duncan was born on Oct 13, 1920 in Nashville, TN., the son of the late Larry and Enola Duncan Sr (Hester) He moved here in 2002 from Lehigh Acres. He was a retired sales representative and served our country in the Army Air Corps, WW II, (Pacific Corridor). He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Inverness, DAV # 96 of Lake Panasoffee, and the VFW Posts, both of Lehigh Acres and Inverness..
He is survived by four daughters, Claudia Fehrs, Ft Worth, TX; Karen Amos, Sterling, VA; Khristine Hankins, Ocala, FL; Cathleen Walker, Boca Raton, FL; 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Laverne Duncan on Jan 2, 2015. Both of their urns will be laid to rest in Florida National Cemetery.
