ROSA ELIA, age 91, Inverness, died December 25, 2014 at Citrus Memorial Hospital. A native of Italy, Rosa was born on April 1, 1923 to the late Michael and Mary Bonadies. She was an excellent seamstress and worked in a clothing repair shop. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Michael (wife-Evelyn) Elia, Springhill, FL; daughters Margaret (husband-Louis) Ardito, Inverness, Maria (husband-Nicholas) Altamura, Rome, Italy and Theresa (husband-Steven) Bontz, Inverness; 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Raffaele “Ralph” Elia after 46 years of marriage and all of her siblings. Private burial at Oak Ridge Cemetery under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness.
