Douglas J. Hotchkiss, 61, of Crystal River, Florida passed away Monday, June 16 2014 at Seven Rivers Regional Medical Center in Crystal River. He was born on April 11, 1953 in Manchester, Connecticut to the late William C. and Elaine N. (Clark) Hotchkiss. Douglas was a Carpenter in the construction industry, and arrived in this in 2012, coming from San Francisco, CA. He loved tinkering and improving anything that needed to be fixed. Survivors include his daughter, Lisa La Pointe of Connecticut; siblings Bruce Hotchkiss of Nevada, and Sandy Plumadore of Inverness; and 2 grandchildren. Private cremation arrangements by Chas. E.
