Doreen D Snyder

Doreen D. Snyder, 55, of Floral City, FL. passed away July 27, 2014 at her residence in Floral City. She was born on March 27, 1959 in Dansville, NY to the late Melvin C. and Patricia (Karnes) Gridley. Doreen was Department Head Secretary at Leesburg Regional Medical Center in Leesburg, FL and arrived in this area in 2009. She was a Catholic by faith, and attended Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Inverness, FL. Doreen loved animals, enjoyed showing dogs, gardening, knitting, and spending time with her grandsons. Survivors include her loving husband of 34 years, Richard Snyder. Other survivors include her children Derrick (Brittany) Snyder of St. Petersburg, FL and Elizabeth Caroline (Mathew) Coop of Clarksville, TN; grandchildren Connor, Carter Coop, and Axel Lynn Snyder; siblings Michael (Jeanne) Gridley, Debra (Donald) Halpenny, and Darla (Richard) Paul all of Dansville, NY. A Memorial Mass is scheduled for Thursday, July 31, 10:00 A.M. , at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.
