Justina D Popp

Justina D. “Jackie” Popp, 75, of Inverness, Florida passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2014 under the care of Hospice of Citrus County, Inverness. She was born on July 15, 1938 in Ann Arbor, Michigan to the late Raleigh and Jewell (Dale) Woodard. Jackie was a homemaker, and arrived in this area in 1979 coming from Michigan. She was very active in the First Baptist Church of Floral City, and enjoyed bowling, sewing, and all types of sports. She was preceded in death by two sons, Ricky and Randy, and two brothers, Elvis and Robert. She is survived by her loving husband husband of 45 years, George E. Popp, and several grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Service is scheduled for Saturday, March 29, 2014, 11:00 A.M. at the First Baptist Church of Floral City. Interment will occur at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, at a later date. Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, is in charge of arrangements.
