Walter Judd Wilson, 93 , Inverness, died Jan 1, 2014 in Arbor Trail Rehab Center. Walt was born in Cincinnati, OH on Dec 12, 1920, the only child of the late Walter and Violet (Gregory) Wilson. He moved to Pompano Beach, FL in 1957 and to Ft Pierce in 1974. He resided in Inverness since 1985. He was a retired Industrial Engineer and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati He served our country during WW II in the U.S. Army. Walt was a member of Queen City Masonic Lodge #559 of Cincinnati. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Inverness.
Left to mourn his loss is his wife of 45 years, Geraldine Burdett Wilson; a daughter, Sandra J. Dennis, Pmano Beach; step daughter, Sondra Bass, Pompano Beach; two step sons, Michael Wilde of Vero Beach and Larry Wilde of California; 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, Jan 7th, 3:00 PM at the Chas E Davis Funeral Home with Pastor Donnie Seagle officiating. Interment will follow at a later date in Oak Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 2:00 PM until the hour of service.
