Judy F. Thompson, 83, of Floral City, Florida passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Munroe Regional Medical Center in Ocala, Florida. She was born on November 24, 1929 in Washington, D.C. to the late Jack and Vangie (Jones) Stanton.
Judy was a Supervisor for Communications Workers of America (CWA), and arrived in this area in 2007, coming from the Maryland area. She was a Baptist; and enjoyed bowling, dancing, playing Bingo, and traveling.
She is survived by two daughters, Brenda Thompson and Linda Giampapa, both of Floral City; one son, James T. Thompson of Mechanicsville, Maryland; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
