Frances M Tvenstrup

FRANCES MERLE TVENSTRUP, age 87, Inverness, died August 29, 2013 surrounded by her family. Frances was born on May 19, 1926 in Pawtucket, RI to the late Axel and Winifred (Austin) Berg. She was a seamstress by trade. Frances enjoyed her time with the USO dancing for troops during WWII, meeting such celebrities as Bob Hope. Frances enjoyed traveling, bingo and gambling. Her family was very important to her. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Danford E. Tvenstrup (wife-Donna), Inverness, daughter Sharon Concidine (husband-Roy), Inverness; sister Eleanore; three granddaughters, Mandy, Brittney and Cheyenne and two great-grandsons, Tyler and Lane. She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Louis in 1974, a son, Kenneth in 2002, a granddaughter Laura in 2001, a great-grandson Caleb and her brother, Kenneth Berg. The family will greet friends in visitation from 6-8 PM on Monday, September 2, 2013 at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory. The family requests donations in Frances’ memory to Hospice of Citrus County, P.O. Box 641270, Beverly Hills, FL 34464 in lieu of flowers.
