William “Rhett” Roberts

WILLIAM “RHETT” ROBERTS, age 55, Floral City, passed away August 21, 2013 surrounded by his loving family and under the care of Hospice of Citrus County. A lifelong native of Inverness, Rhett was born on December 13, 1957 to Bobby and Margaret (Hamm) Roberts. He was the owner/operator of Roberts Automotive in Hernando. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, woodworking and a good old-fashioned western movie. He was a member of Inverness Church of God. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 19 years, Holly Roberts, Floral City; his son, Austin Bryant and wife Ann Fisher, Inverness; his daughter Erin Lacy Fisher and her fiance David Brickhouse, Tampa; his mother Margaret Endress, Dunnellon; his sister Margaret Killinger and husband Brad, Ocala and Yvonne Allison Hall, Panama City, FL, mother-in-law Ruth Kroeger, Inverness; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Roberts and brothers Allen M. and Bobby Lee Roberts. A celebration tribute to Rhett\’s life will be held on Sunday, August 25, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home. The family will greet friends from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service. Burial will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery. If family and friends so desire, donations may be made to Hospice of Citrus County, P.O. Box 641270, Beverly Hills, FL 34464 that they may continue the wonderful care for others that they provided for Rhett during his final days.
