Donald E Dougherty

Donald Edward Dougherty, 81, of Homosassa, Florida passed away on June 24, 2014 at his residence. He was born on December 15, 1932 in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey to the late Edward and Virginia (Williams) Dougherty. Donald was a foreman for Ford Motor Company, and a U.S. Navy veteran. He arrived in this area in 1988, coming from Pine Bush, New York and enjoyed fishing, boating, and watching football. He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Sandra Lee Dougherty. Other survivors include daughters Lori Ryan of Australia and Leanna Colon of Tampa; 19 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Private arrangements under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, Florida.
