James O. House

James O. “Jim” House, age 86, Hernando, died February 5, 2013 at Superior Residences ALF surrounded by his family and Hospice of Citrus County. Jim was born on August 11, 1926 in St. Louis, MO to the late James E. and Anna Belle (Chandler) House. He served our country in the United States Navy. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 45 years, Rachel House; sons James House, Jr., Indian Harbor Beach and Thomas House, Ft. Lauderdale; his daughter Cynthia House, Pompano Beach and surrogate daughter Linda Farese, Hernando; grandchildren Jonathan, Heather and Melissa and great-grandchildren Grace, Michael and Olivia. A military graveside committal service will be held on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 2:30 PM at Florida National Cemetery. Friends are invited to join the procession at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory at 1:45 PM. Donations in Jim’s memory to Hospice of Citrus County, P.O. Box 641270, Beverly Hills, FL 34464 are requested in lieu of flowers.
