Denna Catherine Denney, 56, Floral City died suddenly at home on November 30, 2016. Denna was born in Brooksville, FL to Denver E. and Thelma Waller Denney on October 5, 1960 . She was a lifetime resident of Citrus County and was of the Methodist faith. She was employed at Citrus Memorial Hospital in the Accounting Department for 19 years.
Left to mourn her loss is her mother, Thelma Denney, Floral City; her brother, Denver E. Denney, Jr; Floral City; 2 nephews, Denver Austin Denney and Garrett Lee Denney, both of Floral City; her companion for 33 years, Pete Wiley. She was preceded in death by her father, Denver Denney, Sr and her sister, Debra Denney.
Cremation arrangements are private. Her urn will be laid to rest in New Hope Cemetery on the family plot. Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home With Crematory assisted the family.
