Teddy R Harrell

Teddy R. Harrell, age 74, died May 23, 2015 under the loving care of his family and the devoted staff at Hospice of Citrus County and Nature Coast House in Lecanto. A native Floridian, Teddy was born in Lithia, FL on December 14, 1940 to the late Ruffin and Annie (Johnson) Harrell. He was employed as a long-distance truck driver. Teddy loved to watch football and was an avid Florida Gator fan. A loving husband, father and grandfather, his happiest times were when he was able to spend time with his family. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of 55 years, Luckie Harrell; his son Kert Harrell (wife-Michele), Cropwell, AL; daughters Clarrissa Williamson (husband-Tim), Tampa, FL and Christine Polk, Inverness; grandchildren Timmy, Robert, Tiffany, Jessica, Dylan and great-grandchildren Hailey, Todd, Zoey, Christine and Paisley. He was preceded in death by all of his siblings, three brothers and a sister. A Funeral Service of Remembrance will be held on Wed. May 27th at 3:00 PM at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Pastor Billy Ogle officiating. Burial will follow in Hills of Rest Cemetery, Floral City. If friends so desire, memorial donations to the family to offset funeral costs in lieu of flowers would be deeply appreciated.
