Brenda Lee Wessel

Brenda Lee Wessel, 60, of Inverness, FL passed away Thursday, January 08, 2026 at HCA Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness. She was born in Huntington, W. VA on June 13, 1965 to Homer and Wanda (Abboutt) Erwin. Brenda was a homemaker, and arrived in this area in 1983, coming from W. VA. She was Christian by faith, and loved collecting “Grinch” items and memorabilia. She was preceded in death by one brother Bill Burd.  Survivors include her fiancé, Terry Woodall of Inverness; sons Sean (Renee) Rowe, Aaron Rowe, and Mark and his wife Destine King of Inverness; daughters Desiree Pelletier of Jefferson City, MO; brothers Jason Burd, Terry McGillis and Derek Michels; and 4 grandchildren Jaxson, Elizabeth, Kolton, and Kiley. Private cremation arrangements under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness.
