Robert Dennis Pasquale

Robert Dennis Pasquale, of Inverness FL, passed away peacefully in the morning hours of September 5, 2025. He was known as Bob to his friends and loved ones. Bob was born July 2, 1942 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Rocco and Hattie (Berger) Pasquale. He married Susan V. (Carr) Pasquale on August 6, 1966 and shared 50 years of loving marriage and had three children before Susan’s passing in July 2017. 

Bob served in the U.S. Navy, cherishing his time on the USS Glacier which circumnavigated the world and made several ice-breaking voyages to the Antarctic on Operation Deep Freeze. Bob remarked on his time in the Navy as being one of the most rewarding parts of his life. 

After the Navy, Bob worked for the Suffolk County, NY Sheriff’s Department, ultimately achieving the rank of Correction Lieutenant before retiring to Florida about 25 years ago. 

He was a master barber earlier in life, teaching apprentices at a long island barber school.

Bob will be remembered dearly as a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is predeceased by his parents, Rocco and Hattie (Berger) Pasquale and his stepmother Jennie Pasquale, his loving wife Susan V. (Carr) Pasquale and his son, Robert D. Pasquale Jr. Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Denise (Pasquale) Dauernheim of New Jersey, Jennifer Pasquale of Florida, his sister Marilyn Robbins of Florida, and his granddaughter Kristina M. Meehan (Alec) of New Jersey. 

A celebration of life for Bob will be held in the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 10 a.m. A funeral procession to Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell will leave promptly ar 11:30 a.m where military honors will be rendered at 12:30 p.m.
