Peggy I. Coffey, 83, of Lecanto, FL passed away August 6, 2025 at Vitas Hospice in Lecanto, FL. She was born in Indianapolis, IN on May 25, 1942 to the late Edward and Bertha (Tyra) Mc Peek. Peggy was a homemaker, and arrived in this area in 2002, coming from Indianapolis. She was Baptist by faith, and enjoyed reading and watching television. Peggy was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Bobbie Coffey in 2008. She is survived by her children Bobbie Coffey of Lecanto FL, Tom Coffey of Beech Grove, IN, and Tammy Coffey of Hernando, FL; 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Private cremation arrangements under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
