Ivan Rodriguez, age 62 of Hernando, FL passed away suddenly of natural causes at his home on June 16, 2025. Ivan was born in Waukegan, IL on September 3, 1962 to Luis and Carmen Rodriguez. Ivan moved to Florida in 2004. He is survived by one daughter, Arianne Garcia of St. Petersburg, Florida; a grandson Isaiah Christopher Mojica and 2 brothers: Ruben Rodriguez of Ocala, FL and Luis Rodriguez Jr. of Waukegan, IL; 2 sisters: Maria Fernandez of Ocala and Eneida Bermudez of Boynton Beach, FL; nieces and nephews and a special brother-in law Raul Fernandez. Ivan is remembered for his love of reading the Psalms.
A memorial service to honor Ivans life is scheduled for Saturday, June 21, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home located at 3075 S. Florida Ave., Inverness, FL 34450. Pastor Georgette Rodriguez and Pastor Ivan Rios will officiate. Burial will follow in Hills of Rest Cemetery. Friends and family may visit with the family from 11:30 AM until the time of service. Though Ivan may be gone from our sight he will never be gone from our hearts.
