On May 12, 2025, Heaven gained a beautiful Angel! Veronica M. Long Barker loved with all her heart and will be forever missed by all those who loved her.
She was a woman of God and honored Him in every way. This showed in all her actions as she was kind, caring, pure love and made everyone feel comfortable. She was quick to laugh and had a smile that will stay with us. She was simply a joy to be around.
Veronica is survived by the love of her life, Robert L. Barker, her husband; Eugene Long, her brother; her children; Jacqueline, Claudine, Eugene, and Bobby & Stacy Barker. She was loved by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, beloved close friends, family and countless nieces and nephews. She was everyone’s “Precious Little Bunny.”
