Ray was a big part of my life when he became my father in law 40 years ago. From day one he treated me with kindness, respect, and a part of family (even though I was a Georgia Bulldog grad). I was blessed to be able to sit and just talk about life, about football, about the military and his service. Thanks for blessing me with so many great memories, and thank you for your daughter, my beautiful wife, Allison. Your memory will continue to live on through BOTH of us.
Rest in peace Ray
Ray was my high-school sweetheart but life took us in different directions and 65 years later he found me again and after a year we married. We had 7 1/2 years before he went home to be with Jesus. I am glad God brought him back into my life at a time when we needed each other. His daughters and family have treated me with love and respect and I love them. Rest in peace my love until we meet again in Heaven where there are no goodbyes.
