Thomas Martin Miller, 92, of Inverness. Florida, passed away under HPH Citrus Hospice House in Lecanto, FL. He was born in Poughkeepsie, New York to the late Martin and Marjorie (Degan) Miller.
Thomas proudly served our country in the U.S. Navy. He was a salesman in the automotive industry. He came to Citrus County from Phoenix, AZ in 1998.
Those left to cherish his memory are his children: Martin Miller of Amenia, NY; Michael Miller of Chandler, AZ; Donald Miller of Sharon CT: Maureen Castro of Pasadena, MD; Megan Miller of Millbrook, NY: 5 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren. Including his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Thomas Miller; and his sister, Ann Kennedy.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at the old school House community center. (Club Recovery), Friday, September 18, From 12:00-4:00PM
Sandwiches, snacks and soft drinks will be served.

The Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home, Inverness, FL is assisting the family with Cremations with Care Arrangements

I’ll remember the horse races, I’ll remember the trips to Ormand beach. Tommy always had something positive to say. Taught me a lot about being content. Love you Tommy see you in heaven.
Tom was the coolest guy ever. If you were having a bad day talk to Tom and he would make you smile and laugh. He will always be in my heart.

I don’t think I’ll ever be able to put into words how much I love you or how much I’m going to miss you. I’ll always hold onto the memories of being little and going to your house, making blueberry pancakes, watering the flowers, and going on our special walks around the neighborhood. You would always “find” money on the ground and tell me that someone must have dropped it, when really, you were secretly leaving it there for me to find. 🥹 Those little moments mean more to me now than I could ever explain.
I’ll always cherish our Daytona trips, our walks, and all the little memories that made my childhood so special. You were such a special part of my life, and I’m so thankful I got to call you my Papa.
I love you more than words can say, and I’m going to miss you more than you’ll ever know. Until we meet again, Papa. 🤍🕊️
