Sarah Romano Moye, 81, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2025. She was born on March 10, 1944, and lived a life defined by quiet strength, deep love, and unwavering grace.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Rose Lee; her brother, Dominick “Sonny” Romano; and her beloved husband of 54 years, Donald Moye.
Sarah is survived by her sister, Jovanna Williams; her daughters, Donna Stevenson (Darrin) and Lena Webb; and her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Kevin Stevenson (Celina) and their son Zaiden; Andrew Stevenson (Ashley) and their children Abel and Aspen; Kimmie Webb; Riley Webb; and Garrett Webb.
Sarah will be best remembered for her kind and gentle nature and her bright, welcoming smile. Never one to complain, her strength often went unnoticed, yet she faced life’s many challenges with remarkable grace and dignity. She loved deeply and without condition, and the lives she touched are forever changed simply by knowing her. She will never be forgotten.
A Celebration of Life for Sarah will be held on January 3, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church Inverness, 550 Pleasant Grove Rd, Inverness,FL 34452 Burial for the urn will follow at a later date in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
