It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lucille L. Guay, 84, on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at Diamond Ridge Health and Rehab in Lecanto, FL. Her sarcastic quick wit and fun-loving spirit will be missed. Lucille is survived by her husband of 64 years Albert, two daughters and a son, Kathleen Nadeau and her husband Jean Rock of Goffstown, NH, Bryan Guay and his wife Amy of Hernando, FL, Kristene Powers of VT, 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, siblings, Pauline D’Auteuil of South Deerfield, MA, Paul Martin and his wife Gail of Methuen, MA, Henry Martin and his wife Dee of Manchester, NH, Alfred Martin of South Deerfield, MA, predeceased Irene Glendenning and Germaine Croutworst.
Lucille was born at home in Methuen, MA to Lilian and Albert Martin on February 1, 1941. She graduated from Methuen High School, worked as a key punch operator at the IRS in Andover then worked for 25 years at Raytheon as a computer operator. She moved to Florida after retiring. She was an animal lover, always caring for a dog or two and the occasional cat throughout the years. She also enjoyed volunteering at the local animal shelter. She most of all loved spending time with her family.
Special thanks to the staff at Diamond Ridge and HPH Hospice for their care. Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home With Crematory assisted the family. Lucille’s urn will be interred at a later date in Elmwood Cemetery, Methuem, MA

I send my deepest condolences to the Guay family. May she rest in peace and forever stay in your hearts. May she watch over you and give you warmth during this difficult time.She will be forever present in your happiest memories of her and it is there I hope you find peace and healing.
