Robert Edward Topping, 84, of Inverness, FL passed away Saturday, November 29, 2025 at his residence in Inverness. He was born in Vancouver, British Columbia on June 25, 1941 to the late Roland and Thelma Topping. Robert was a retired Senior Master Sergeant for the U.S. Air Force, and arrived in this area in 1995, coming from W. Kendall, FL. He was a life member of VFW Post #7122 in Floral City, FL, a Shrine 32 degree Mason, Kentucky Colonel, and an NCO life member. He was preceded in death by son Donald Topping and grandchild Silas Topping. Survivors include 2 sons, Leonard P. (Ellen) Topping of Bradenton, FL, and Nicholas Topping of Floral City; and 3 grandchildren; Conner, Deymian, and Xavia Topping of Floral City. Military Honors for Robert will be held at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 11:00am.
A procession to the cemetery will depart the funeral home at 10:00am.
