Jennifer Marie McElroy, 48, of Inglis, FL passed away November 25, 2025 at HCA Citrus Hospital in Inverness, FL. She was born in Newburgh, NY on January 9, 1977 to the late David and Cheryl (Goetschius) Collett. Jennifer was a certified nurse’s aide, and arrived in this area in 1984, coming from New York. She enjoyed watching K-Pop, and Asian shows on TV. Jennifer was preceded in death by one son, Gage Lingo. Survivors include her children, David Lingo of Inglis, and Lauren Smith of Inverness; brother David Collett, Jr; sisters Dawn Gray and Brenda Vanover; and 2 grandchildren. Private cremation arrangements under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
