Linda Jane Smith, 73, of Inverness, FL passed away under the care of her family at Vitas Hospice in Lecanto, FL on Monday, September 1, 2025.. Linda was born on January 4, 1952 in Washington, DC, to the late Clyde O. and Elizabeth Ann (Messer) Hulse. She came to Citrus County in 1984 from Seminole, FL and was a Medical Assistant and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Inverness.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, Robert Smith of Hernando, her daughters: Robin Anderson and Amy Lynn Coleman, both of Inverness; her sister, Gail Fiske of Inverness, and four grandchildren: Samantha, Kyle, Taylor and Jackson.
There will be a private family gathering for Linda at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the care of the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
