Rhonda Candace Lillie, age 74, Inverness, FL passed away September 15, 2024 under the loving care of her family and Vitas Hospice.

Rhonda was born in Brooksville, FL on July 18, 1950 to the late Theirl and Olga (Pearce) Bean. She was employed by the U.S. Postal Service in the Brooksville Post office for 33 years as a Rural Postal Carrier and was a member of the Lake Lindsey United Methodist Church.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Walter M. Lillie of Inverness;

2 daughters: Kimberly (John) Smith of Inverness; Danette (Dan) McCrumb of Crystal River; her sister, El-Donna (Craig) Mylrea of Brooksville; 2 grandchildren: Candace (Jay) Miller and John (Lindsay) Smith; 3 great grandchildren: Beckett Miller, Maddux Miller, and Kennedy Smith; additional family members are 2 nephews, Douglas (Christen) Mylrea and David (Doreen) Mylrea; extended family, Megan (Sam) Simonson, Kaitlin Chapel, Alysia, Sophia, and Bella.

Many names are listed above, Rhonda was at her happiest when she was surrounded by her family. Shopping dates with the girls to pool parties with everyone she knew, her smile was never bigger than when she was having a good time with others.

Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation Friday, September 20th from 4:00-6:00 PM at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home of Inverness. Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday, September 21st at 3:00 PM at the Historic Lake Lindsey Cemetery. The Rev. Burnie Niles and Mr. Jay Miller will officiate. Burial will follow the graveside services. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Rhonda’s memory may be extended to the Lake Lindsey United Methodist Church, 22400 Lake Lindsey Road, Brooksville, FL 34601
