Susan W. Vaughan, of Homosassa, passed away under Vitas Hospice care in Lecanto on Sunday, September 1, 2024. She was 73. Susan was born in Canton, Massachusetts to Richard L. and Mary E. (O’Connor) Wood. She was a nurse, and a Catholic. Debbie moved to Citrus County in 1986 from Plymouth, MA. She was preceded in death by her son Charlie in 2004. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter Amy, her sons Richard and Marshall, and her grandkids. Private cremation with care arrangements are under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home in Inverness.
