Lynne Gowan Wells, age 78, Inverness, FL passed away at home on June 7, 2024 under the care of her loving family and HPH Hospice.
A native of Morganton, NC, she was born March 8, 1946 to the late William and Mildred (Lackey) Gowan and came to this area in 2002 from Memphis, TN. She was of the Catholic Faith.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, David Wells; 1 daughter, Ashley Wells Montgomery of Orange Park, FL; 1 sister, Pam Partrich of Colorado Springs, Colorado; 1 grandchild, Katie Wells. She was also much loved by her nieces and nephews
Following cremation, she will be laid to rest in the Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola, FL . Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home With Crematory, Inverness, FL.
